HENNA: WHY?

OVERVIEW
First, Henna is a beauty-call for all queens.
Henna tattoos are strictly for beauty and Glamòr-sakes. Nothing ritualistic or foul about it. It's applied for its aesthetic appeal, self-love, and happiness

PERSONAL ENCOUNTER
initially, the sloppy street-patterns was a deterrence but on discovering the deep, artistic, breathtaking designs, there evoked in me a sense of "welcome back home!" (due to my earlier thoughts/regrets that artistry had left me forever). "Welcome back home..." That's the feeling with Henna tattoos!

THE FEELING
Since discovering the beauty of henna, I have not looked back (check my next post for my journey into henna tattoos). One thing is "you can't help looking at it (henna tattoos) at least, every minute for its vivid appeal. You can't help it...! "NMHIA" (Nodding My Head In Affirmation😀).

EFFECTS
Henna has this clarifying property in that it brightens the surrounding skin and mood for the period it lasts. This is reflected in one's ambience&outlook. It's also a thriller... You just want to go out! U just want to show up. U'll definitely never miss an appointment 😀. Ah, U don't sleep on henna ta-GRACEFUL-ttoos. Besides, it increases one's self-love&appreciation too. How about the attentions; the admirations; the recognitions; the regards; the wows? One sure thing is people must comment... Positively. Even, player-haters will play! At least, for that once😀

IN POP CULTURE
More people are now appreciating/embracing henna tattoos across cultures&religious affiliations. In western societies, fashion icons, entertainment giants,  etc such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, Madonna, Halle Berry, Christina Milan etc. have been sighted in henna tattoos. Locally, celebrities like Tiwa Savage, Toke Makinwa, Chidinma, Simi, Mo chedda..... etc. have all undergone one henna procedure or more.
